Marking Laser MTR2-FM1
The MTR2-FM1 marking laser is equipped with a 20W fiber laser source, making it an ideal tool for marking a wide range of materials. This device excels in working with metals such as steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals, but it can also handle various plastic products. Thanks to its thoughtful design, the MTR2-FM1 offers four basic usage modes:
-
Manual Marking on the Surface
This mode allows for marking objects in a conventional manner on a work surface, which consists of a perforated plate with a magnetic sheet placed underneath. Magnetic stops are included to ensure precise object placement and facilitate repeatability of the process. The standard working area is 100 x 100 mm, with the option to expand to 150 x 150 mm using a different F-Theta lens -
Marking Cylindrical Objects in the Integrated Rotary Axis
Underneath the marking table cover, a rotary axis is integrated, allowing precise and smooth movement of cylindrical objects while marking around their circumference. The maximum marking width in this mode is 100 mm. -
Positioning Table
For objects up to 100 x 100 mm, a rotary table with four marking positions is available. This arrangement increases marking efficiency – while an object in the first position is being marked, the operator can prepare the next object in the fourth position. After marking is completed, the table automatically rotates by 90°, and the process repeats. The rotary table can be quickly installed on the work surface using a magnetic drive coupling. -
Marking Large Objects or Use in a Production Line
The entire marking head is easily detachable and can be placed directly on the machine′s work surface or in a special holder, for example, in a production line. This flexibility allows the working area to be expanded up to 200 x 200 mm when using an optional F-Theta lens.
Intuitive Design and Easy Operation
The design process for marking is entirely handled in an online application with an integrated label designer, with data transfer fully automated thanks to cloud service integration. For local control, a Bluetooth application is available, but standard tasks can also be easily managed through a simple control panel and integrated display.
Extended Connectivity and Customization Options
On the back of the machine, there are two system connectors that allow additional accessories such as special rotary axes, a control pedal, or a safety cover to be connected. This flexibility expands the machine’s usage options and customization to meet specific customer needs
The MTR2-FM1 laser is thus a versatile, powerful, and easily adaptable marking device that meets demanding requirements for precision and efficiency in production.
